1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Rendero Labs, Inc., 1111B S Governors Ave STE 23911, Dover, DE 19904, United States ("Rendero", "we", "us") is the controller of personal data described in this Privacy Policy unless another notice says otherwise. This Policy covers the Rendero marketing website, the Rendero web application, account registration, subscriptions, uploaded content, support, demo and contact requests, newsletters, and related services.

2. Personal data we collect

  • Account and subscription data: name, email address, organisation, login and account identifiers, plan, subscription status, billing-related records, and account preferences.
  • User content: images, sketches, model views, renders, prompts, reference images, masks, project names, generated outputs, and related settings that you submit to use Rendero.
  • Demo, contact and support data: name, work email, company, company size, number of employees, message content, support history, and information you choose to provide.
  • Newsletter data: email address, subscription status, and engagement information where permitted.
  • Technical and security data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, timestamps, requested URLs, referring page, language, approximate location derived from IP, diagnostic events, and security logs.
  • Usage and analytics data: pages viewed, interactions, session and campaign information. Optional analytics is collected only after you allow analytics cookies.

Please do not upload confidential, personal, or restricted client material unless you have authority to do so. Rendero is a visualization service and is not intended for special-category personal data such as health, biometric, religious, or political information.

3. Why we use personal data and our legal bases

  • Provide the service and perform our contract: create and manage accounts, process rendering jobs, store projects, provide subscriptions and support, and communicate service-related information.
  • Take steps at your request before a contract: respond to demo, sales, and product enquiries.
  • Consent: run optional analytics, send marketing emails where consent is required, and process other information for a purpose you have specifically accepted. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
  • Legitimate interests: secure and maintain the service, prevent abuse and fraud, troubleshoot problems, understand service performance, improve Rendero, respond to business enquiries, and establish or defend legal claims. We balance these interests against your rights and expectations.
  • Legal obligations: comply with tax, accounting, sanctions, law-enforcement, and other applicable requirements.

Rendero does not use the personal data covered by this Policy to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use necessary browser storage to operate the site, protect the service, and remember your cookie choice. The cookie preference is stored for 180 days.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 remain disabled unless you select “Allow analytics”. If enabled, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>; their default lifetime may be up to two years, subject to browser limits and our configuration. We keep advertising storage and ad-personalisation signals denied on this website.

You can reject optional analytics as easily as accepting it. You can later change or withdraw your choice using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. Withdrawing consent stops analytics on subsequent page views and removes common analytics cookies accessible to this website.

5. How we share personal data

We share personal data only where needed for the purposes above, including with:

  • Amazon Web Services: website hosting, content delivery, application infrastructure, and storage;
  • Google: Tag Manager and Analytics, only when optional analytics is allowed;
  • Mailchimp: newsletter subscription and delivery;
  • Resend: delivery of demo, contact, and transactional emails;
  • payment, authentication, AI model, and infrastructure providers: where required to provide the feature or subscription you request;
  • professional advisers and authorities: where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or handle a corporate transaction.

Service providers may process data only for the contracted purpose and under appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection obligations. We do not sell personal data.

6. International data transfers

Rendero is established in the United States, and some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Where required, we rely on an applicable adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent safeguards, together with supplementary measures where appropriate. 7. How long we keep personal data

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose and then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required by law or reasonably needed for legal claims. In particular:

  • account, subscription, and service records are kept while the account is active and afterwards for applicable legal, accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention periods;
  • projects, uploaded content, and generated outputs are kept while needed to provide the account and are deleted or anonymised following user deletion or account closure, subject to limited backup and legal-retention periods;
  • demo, sales, contact, and support correspondence is reviewed periodically and deleted when it is no longer needed for the relationship or a legal purpose;
  • newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; we may retain minimal suppression information so we can respect the opt-out;
  • security and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited period based on security, troubleshooting, and legal needs;
  • cookie preference is kept for 180 days, while optional Google Analytics cookies may last up to two years if you consent.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • receive information about how we process your personal data and request access to it;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • request deletion or restriction of processing;
  • receive personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and request portability where applicable;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests and object at any time to direct marketing;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country. Czech users may contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.

To exercise a right, email info@rendero.ai. We may request information needed to verify your identity. We generally respond without undue delay and within one month where the GDPR applies. Requests are normally free, subject to exceptions permitted by law.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including encrypted transport, access controls, restricted staff access, service monitoring, backups, and security measures provided by our infrastructure partners. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.

10. Children

Rendero is intended for professional and adult users and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate authorisation, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where required.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version here, change the “Last updated” date, and provide additional notice where a change materially affects your rights.
