Blender already contains the most important parts of an architectural image: the model, camera, composition, proportions and design intent. Exploring a new material direction or atmosphere, however, can still mean waiting for another render or moving the image through several disconnected tools.
The Rendero Blender add-on is being built to make AI rendering a natural continuation of Blender's normal render workflow. Create the scene as usual, render it in Blender, describe the visual direction and review the enhanced result without leaving the environment where the image began.
AI rendering should feel native to Blender
The add-on is not intended to feel like a web upload form attached to a 3D application. Its control surface lives in a compact Rendero tab in Blender's sidebar, while the Image Editor remains the main place for viewing the source and result.
The core product idea is deliberately simple:
Blender Render Result - Rendero AI enhancement - Rendero Result in the same Image Editor.
This keeps the image visible during processing and preserves the familiar relationship between Blender's F12 render, F11 image display and Image Editor. Rendero adds a focused AI visualization layer without asking users to rebuild their workflow around a separate application.

Prepare the model, camera and composition with your normal Blender process. The Render Result becomes the source for the AI-enhanced image.

What can AI rendering add to a Blender workflow?

Generic AI image tools usually begin with an isolated text prompt. Architectural visualization has a stronger starting point: an existing 3D scene with a chosen view, proportions and spatial logic.
A useful AI rendering tool for Blender needs to respect that context. It should fit into the way architects and visualization artists already work, keep the source easy to compare and reduce unnecessary exports. That is the workflow Rendero is designed around.

What are we building next?
The next stages focus on turning the prototype into a reliable public Blender add-on. Planned work includes secure Rendero account login, real AI generation from Blender, credit information, clearer error handling, presets, improved source selection and release documentation.
We are also exploring viewport capture as a possible future source. The initial workflow remains centered on Blender's Render Result and Image Editor. Features may change as the add-on is tested and refined.
